This week, Drew Walsh, Enterprise & Media Account Executive at Verbit, will speak at the Remote Production Conference, produced by Future Media Conferences and in association with NAB Show. The event, happening on March 5-6th, is focused on providing best practices for producers, DPs and post professionals.

Walsh’s session, On Air or Off: How AI is Reinventing Media Production Processes & Transforming Accessibility, will focus on both inclusive media and how to eliminate manual production work with the use of Artificial Intelligence. You can watch his session live on May 5th at 1pm EST via this Zoom link.

Verbit is currently working with the likes of MAK Pictures, Dorsey Pictures, The Dr. Oz Show, The Mel Robbins Show, Cheddar and more to offer them media-specific captioning and transcription to help with their production efforts. Walsh will explore how additional producers can also make use of these offerings, as well as account for market trends.

Walsh will share research we’ve conducted in partnership with Strategy& of PwC, as well as in talks with media production professionals to help arm the Remote Production Conference audience with actionable insights.

RPC is a multi-day, multi-track, online training conference designed to promote safer and more efficient remote production solutions during the pandemic and into the future.

The conference offers two full days of live and interactive sessions targeting producers, directors, DP’s, production managers and those in post production whose clients now want and need remote connectivity. The event is focused on the needs of film, television & video professionals that work in a wide range of productions for Corporate, Industrial, Commercial, Online video and Episodic Television.

A big focus of the session will be on how media producers can ensure they’re reaching the largest audience pools possible, with tools to reach more international audiences and viewers with disabilities more effectively. Walsh will explore new requirements by the FCC, as well as interesting stats which should pique the interest of all media production professionals regardless of requirements alone.

Verbit’s community can register with the promo-code JOINME for 10% off tickets. If you’re not able to attend the full conference, you can still watch Walsh’s session with this complimentary session link.
