Yair Amsterdam CEO

Yair Amsterdam is the CEO of Verbit. He previously served as President and was responsible the operations and technology teams of Verbit and VITAC.

He is a seasoned senior executive with a proven track record of successfully leading SaaS and software companies, spearheading transformative growth strategies, and driving operational excellence.

In his previous role, Amsterdam led a global team as the COO of ProQuest, in charge of its content operations and the ProQuest Customer Experience group. Under his leadership, ProQuest was acquired for $5.3B, serving more than 25,000 customers that generated close to $1B in annual revenue. He also previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Ex Libris, overseeing its Cloud Operations, Global Support, Content Operations and IT Groups. Before joining Ex Libris, Yair was Vice President of Operations for the Enterprise Intelligence business unit at Verint Systems (Nasdaq: VRNT). During his 13 years at Verint, Yair was engaged in software development, support operations and the supply chain.

Yair holds a Bachelor’s in Science in Chemical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion University and an MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from Ben Gurion University. Yair is a long-distance runner and triathlete.

Sagi Rothman is an experienced corporate development professional with a demonstrated history in the telecommunications industry. He excels in analytics, entrepreneurship, venture capital, market analysis and management.

Prior to Verbit, he served in strategic corporate development and financial analyst roles at Amdocs and Intel Corporation. Rothman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Magna Cum Laude, with a focus in Technology Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Tel Aviv University.

Barak Rozenblat currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Verbit, where he oversees the company’s Delivery, Support, IT, Security, and Professional Services divisions. He has a deep understanding of the technology industry, with years of experience in various management roles.

Before joining Verbit, Barak held the position of VP of Cloud Services at Ex Libris, where he was responsible for managing the Cloud Infrastructure and services that underpin the company’s products. Prior to this, he held various management roles at Comverse, where he led operations, support, and professional service teams.

Barak’s educational background includes a BA in Social Sciences with a focus on Management from The Open University of Israel, as well as a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Bar-Ilan University.

Dikla Edlis has 20+ years of global HR leadership and organizational coaching experience. She has a successful track record of supporting companies in hyper growth stages, in implementing major organizational changes, in M&As and in building world-class sales organizations with inside & field sales efforts. Edlis has trusted expertise in executive team building, as well as global organizational optimization, efficiency and transformation. She specializes in the facilitation of organizational transformations and organizational development, and translating business strategy into people and organizational capabilities.

Prior to Verbit, Edlis served as CHRO at various hyper-growth startups, including leading the hypergrowth of Panaya from an early stage startup to its acquisition by Infosys for $300M. In the past, she has served as an Executive Consultant and as a Chief People Officer at various companies. Edlis studied Organizational and Industrial Psychology and secured an M.A from the University of Haifa.

Edlis is a strong believer in inclusion and accessibility, and she is proud to be the mother of an autistic child. She brings her personal view and experience in these areas to Verbit and its mission of accessibility. She is committed to making Verbit a company where everyone can succeed and feel included.

JP Son CLO

JP Son has served as Verbit’s Chief Legal Officer since December 2021, with responsibility for the company’s global legal affairs, including in the areas of regulatory compliance, privacy, intellectual property, commercial, M&A, governance and employment.

Previously, Son was Vice President, Legal at Vonage Holdings Corp. (VG), where he was responsible for global regulatory, privacy and intellectual property matters. He also served as lead counsel for Vonage’s API Platform group. Prior to Vonage, Son was in private practice at a global law firm based in New York. Son received his undergraduate degree in computer science from Cornell University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School.

David Landsberg VP Product

David Landsberg, Verbit’s VP of Products, oversees the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. David leads the product and design teams that build and grow Verbit’s unique transcription and captioning solutions for education, media, and legal industries, as well as its audio description and generative AI solutions for accessibility and content creation.
David has successfully launched and scaled several enterprise software products in the fields of DevOps, mobility, and software testing, working with leading software technology companies such as JFrog, Microfocus and Hewlett Packard. His software engineering background and experience leading RND teams enable him to build innovative and disruptive software products that solve real-world problems.
David is passionate about helping all verbal information to be accessible, discoverable, and insightful. He believes that Verbit’s AI-powered solutions can transform the way people uncover insights in real-time conversations.

Hila is Verbit VP R&D, leading the product research and development.
Hila is a seasoned R&D manager and technology leader with versatile experience in software development and track record in developing high scale cloud suite, applications and infrastructures, AI powered, adhering to high-end enterprise grade standards for security, scale and resiliency.

Hila has over 23 years of experience across various software companies including previous roles as R&D VP Cloud Infrastructure and Applications at Nice, R&D VP Growth Solution at Nice and Mobile and Middleware Development Manager at Partner.
Hila hold a BSc for Civil Engineer from the Technion, Israel Institute of technology.

Mr. Shulman has served as Chief Financial Officer of Tekion Corp since January 2024.

Prior he served as Chief Financial Officer of JFrog Ltd from May 2018 to December 2023.

From June 2007 to May 2018, he was with Mellanox Technologies, Ltd., a supplier of computer networking products, most recently as Chief Financial Officer from November 2012 to May 2018, Vice President of Finance from March 2012 until November 2012 and Corporate Controller from June 2007 to March 2012.

Mr. Shulman holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University School of Management in Israel and an M.B.A. from College of Management Academic Studies, Israel.
