Michal leads Verbit’s program management function and serves as Chief of Staff, with over 19 years of experience in program management, business operations, and procurement. She oversees the development and execution of strategic programs, manages global procurement, and optimizes operational efficiency. Michal also provides strategic counsel and supports the executive team in achieving Verbit’s strategic direction.

Prior to Verbit, Michal held leadership positions at Cognyte and Verint, establishing and managing procurement and business operations teams. She implemented best practices, drove operational excellence, and cultivated strategic partnerships for significant cost savings.

Michal holds an MBA in Business Management from Reichman University and an LLB in Law and Communication from Tel Aviv University.
