Asaf serves as the CFO of Verbit. He brings over 20 years of expertise in financial and business leadership, overseeing Verbit’s financial strategies and investor relations. Before joining Verbit, Asaf spent 15 years at Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS), where he held executive roles, most recently Chief Business Financial Officer. During his time there, he played a key role in driving the company’s growth and scaling it significantly.
Earlier in his career, Asaf worked in senior finance positions at multiple startups and began his professional path as an auditor at PwC, gaining a strong background in accounting and finance.

Asaf is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Accounting from the Israeli College of Management. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding.
