Yanai Oron joined Vertex in 2014, following an operational and technical background. Yanai sits on the board of Trigo, Verbit, Identiq, DataRails, EasySend, Kryon, Seebo, Taranis, Watchful, Everafter, Zenity, and was previously on the board of Meta Networks (acquired by Proofpoint) and Perfecto (Acquired by Perforce Software). Before Vertex, Yanai was General Manager at DVTel (acquired by FLIR/Teledyne). He started his career as an embedded engineer at Intel Corporation.

Yanai holds a BSC in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
