Operations, Delivery, Support & Customer Success

The Operations team plays a vital role in supporting Verbit’s strategic objectives. While we continue to deliver high-quality transcripts and captions for millions of audio minutes each month, our focus has shifted to driving the company’s transformation towards automated solutions. Today, the team prioritizes customer onboarding, training, and support, as well as business process monitoring and innovation.

Our Customer Success group supports Verbit’s customers from Day 1 through their entire journey with us on both the business and technical sides. Our state-of-the-art onboarding and ongoing Customer Success team members are made up of industry experts who have domain knowledge.

Product & Design

The Product & Design team is responsible for making Verbit’s dream a reality. Our team is built of creative thinkers. Our vision is a world in which all speech can be seamlessly converted into meaningful actions.

The team is responsible for managing Verbit’s product between all three disciplines (UX, technology and business). We accompany ideas from inception to maturity. Join us and work in a cloud-based, agile environment with some of the best in the industry.

Sales & Partnerships

Our sales, partnership and customer success team supports the customer acquisition activities for Verbit and drives new revenue opportunities to fuel our growth.
