How to setup Verbit-VoiceThread integration?

Contact VoiceThread Support at support@voicethread.com to set up the initial connection between VoiceThread and Verbit.

Note: The VoiceThread Support Team will work with you to exchange keys and make sure the connection works before you start allowing your users to send requests.

How can I set up integration between Verbit and OneDrive?

The Verbit-OneDrive integration allows an easy method to import media files from Google Drive to Verbit for captioning. First, login to Verbit as an admin user. Then navigate to Linked Accounts section by clicking on the ‘Administration’ tab at the top of the page and then the ‘Linked Accounts’ sub-menu option. Then select OneDrive from the available connectors. Then login to OneDrive. Once logged in, you’ll be redirected back to Verbit and see the following options that will help you automate your transcriptions: Choose Source Folder, Choose Destination Folder, Language, Profile and Export Format. How can I integrate with Mediasite?

Contact Mediasite Support via this link to set up the initial connection between Mediasite and Verbit. Note: The Mediasite Support Team will work with you to exchange keys and make sure the connection works before you start allowing your users to send requests. Then contact Verbit Support at support@verbit.ai and ask to set up the initial connection between Verbit and Mediasite. Verbit support will provide you with FTP credentials. Once connected, choose a video in Mediasite and send it to Verbit for captioning. The file should be sent back once the transcription process is completed. If you need any further assistance, loop in our support at support@verbit.ai.

How do I set up integration between Verbit and Dropbox?

How do I automatically upload files to Verbit from a Dropbox account?

The Verbit-Dropbox Integration allows an easy method to import media files from Dropbox to your Verbit account for captioning. Go to ‘Administration’ and click ‘Linked Accounts.’ Click Dropbox on this Linked Accounts page. Choose a source folder and destination folder. Choose your preferences for the transcription workflow: language, profile, export format, and click save. The files can now be uploaded to the source folder in Dropbox and the file will automatically be fetched by Verbit and processed according to the settings chosen during the setup. Note: Verbit will not fetch files that have the same name. Once the caption is completed, Verbit will automatically push the captions back to the destination folder in Dropbox. Read more.

How do I manually upload files to Verbit from a OneDrive account?

The Verbit-OneDrive Integration allows you to manually upload files from OneDrive to Verbit to allow you more control on the files you want captioned. Configuring this integration only needs to be done on the Verbit platform. Login to your verbit account at platform.verbit.co. You will need to have admin privileges to configure this integration. Go to ‘Administration’ and then ‘Linked Accounts.’ Look for OneDrive in the ‘Available for Connection’ list. Click ‘Allow’ when prompted and key in your OneDrive username and password when prompted. Click Sign In. Then, choose a source folder and a destination folder. The source and destination folders are the same folders that were set up for your OneDrive account. Choose preferences for the transcription workflow for the uploaded files. Click save. Verify that OneDrive is now listed in the Connected Accounts section of the Linked Accounts page.
