The Solution
Verbit worked with Acacia Avenue to transfer them to audio transcription, allowing them to conduct their analysis and build engaging reports in the same way they were used to. Researchers were able to use Verbit’s fully secure encrypted portal to upload the audio from their online video sessions.
The content would then be transcribed to provide word-for-word detail on the participant’s contribution, all accurately and with guaranteed speedy delivery times.
