Verbit’s team has been investing in greater resources to build out our media vertical offerings as we continue to onboard and work with media producers from The Dr. Oz Show, The Howard Stern Show, The Mel Robbins Show and many more. We’re therefore excited to be participating in the NAB Show Premiere, a virtual event produced by the NAB Show team, which is taking place from April 12-23rd.

While NAB Show plans to host its annual conference this October in Las Vegas, the NAB Show Premiere serves as an opportunity to check-in with media colleagues virtually and learn about their experiences producing and launching content in these current times.

From April 12-23, there will be multiple product announcements, technology releases and innovation reveals from around the world. In addition to Verbit, companies like Sony Electronics, Panasonic, Grass Valley and others will highlight their latest products and apps. The event also features unique networking events focused on community collaboration and drawing from the days’ sessions and product showcases.

Drew Walsh, Enterprise & Media Account Executive at Verbit, will deliver a demo of Verbit’s media production tools, including media-specific captioning and transcription capabilities, on April 19th at 10am EST. He’ll explore how the media industry’s production processes are changing due to the dynamic offerings being presented by Artificial Intelligence tools.

AI is helping media professionals produce shows and films more quickly, customize their content to viewers and engage them further with subtitles, translations into multiple languages and more that support their diverse needs. Walsh will explore these industry changes overall, as well as how Verbit is customizing its transcription and captioning solutions to meet media’s evolving needs.

The platform and networking opportunities are open for all media professionals to engage with. Verbit’s virtual exhibition booth can be seen and visited here.
