Advanced legal capture intelligence

Legal Capture goes beyond transcription. Built-in intelligence features reduce manual work and keep the record accurate throughout every proceeding.

Voice signature ID

Tag each speaker’s first utterances — Legal Capture learns their voice and automatically identifies them for the rest of the session. No re-tagging needed.

Q&A propagation

Tag the first question and answer — Legal Capture learns the pattern and automatically applies Q/A/colloquy labels throughout the session.

Speaker diarization

Automatically separates who said what from a single audio stream. No dedicated microphones required — each turn is attributed in real time across multi-party proceedings.

Live client viewer

Share an interactive transcript with counsel as proceedings unfold. Clients can read, search, and scroll in real time, and replay any moment on demand via the integrated media player.

Instant playbacks

When counsel requests a readback, place your cursor and hit play — audio and text sync to the exact moment. No rewinding, no searching.

Accurate, scalable transcription powered by legal-trained AI
