This Post-Production Corrections Policy (the “Policy”) applies to the following Verbit services:

The following requirements apply to all requests for corrections:
Subject to the foregoing, Verbit will correct the following types of errors that are specifically identified by Customer by timestamp and nature of error, but only to the extent the total identified errors in the file exceeds 3% (for Human Transcription, 1.5%) of the total number of transcribed words in the file:
