New Speakers Confirmed: ‘The Future of Digital Court Reporting’ Virtual Summit

On July 13th, Verbit will host key thought leaders and experts for a live virtual summit, The Future of Digital Court Reporting. Viewers will hear from experts who are activating digital depositions and other proceedings remotely and get their takes on the future of the industry for both the short and long term.

The Future of Digital Court Reporting will feature 10+ speakers, including newly confirmed leaders such as David Blaze, Chief Revenue Officer at CourtScribes, Inc. and Benjamin Jaffe, Digital Training & Development Manager at BlueLedge. The day is meant to inspire and educate lawyers, court reporting firms and legal agencies on the new tools available to them. For example, ‘What Digital Court Reporting Means for Law Firms and Courts’ will be addressed by Mark Ivey of E-Depositions and Michael McDonner of Kentuckiana Court Reporters.
Viewers will be able to ask questions to these speakers live, as well as hear from Tal Fisch, Director, Strategy& (a division of PwC) to gain an in-depth analysis and overview of the legal and court reporting market. Attendees will gain insights on how to adapt their current processes and address the shortages of skilled stenographers while not compromising on their ability to serve their clients and the justice system.

With the impact of the novel coronavirus being top-of-mind for all professionals, the summit’s speakers will address the likely ‘new normal’ in terms of implementing digital tools and processes both in the current climate and post-pandemic. Additional individuals participating include Jim Cudahy of the Speech to Text Institute, Billy DiMonte of Planet Depos and Betsy Ertel of SpeedType.

Tony Sirna and Michal Gabay will also showcase Verbit’s new live and rough draft technology, which is available to help with digital court reporting needs. The event will take place from 11am – 3pm EST. View the day’s agenda and RSVP here.
