Our engineering team is changing the way the world shares its media in various environments with a leading interactive solution based on the combination of AI technology and human touch. We rely on our in-house data research team which specializes in Linguistics and Automatic Speech Recognition. Marketing

Operations & Delivery

The Operations team supports Verbit in achieving its strategic objectives through management of a professional workforce of 35,000 professional transcribers and 500+ captioners. Our team is charged with delivering on the millions of audio minutes our customers require in the form of transcripts and captionings every month. Join our growing team as we evaluate the training needs of new community members and look to innovate our processes. Product & Design

The Product & Design team is responsible for making Verbit’s dream a reality. Our team is built of creative thinkers. Our vision is to textualize the world’s audio and become the search engine for the world’s voice.

The team is responsible for managing Verbit’s product between all three disciplines (UX, technology and business). We accompany ideas from inception to maturity. Join us and work in a cloud-based, agile environment with some of the best in the industry.

Sales, Partnerships & Customer Success

Our sales, partnership and customer success team supports the customer acquisition activities for Verbit and drives new revenue opportunities to fuel our growth. Our mission is to develop our people, work for each other and deliver outstanding results to ensure the success of Verbit. Above all else, we are a team and we succeed as a team. We handle inbound inquiries that come from organizations across the globe and work to proactively generate conversations with interesting companies and institutions. Additionally, our Customer Success group supports Verbit’s customers from Day 1 through their entire journey with us on both the business and technical sides. Our state-of-the-art onboarding and ongoing Customer Success team members are made up of industry experts who have domain knowledge.
