Director of FP&A

 Verbit is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to join us and lead our FP&A efforts turning data into action. This position reports to the CFO.

The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years of FP&A experience. We are looking for a motivated team player with close attention to detail, a strong ability to work cross-departmentally. Responsibilities

• Lead company forecasting, planning & analysis for short & long-term financial processes
• Provide deep working insights into key operating metrics
• Be a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior management; proactively collaborate, influence, and align the company’s financial processes to achieve our goals.
• Partner with multiple internal organizations to drive efficient growth and processes improvements
• Develop data controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
• Run scenario analytics for multiple ranges of key metrics and financial data points
• Collaborate across the finance organization in managing our operational P&L forecasting process for quarterly estimates, annual budget, and our long-range plan
• Create, manage and automate operational reports and dashboards
• Develop financial modeling to support critical business decisions
• Partner closely with our accounting team during monthly close cycles
• Analyze operational processes and procedures to support key finance/business initiatives
• Create M&A modeling and financial analysis
