    We are currently looking for an International Controller to join our finance team in Tel-Aviv. As an International controller, you will be responsible for the company’s subsidiaries' finance activities and periodic reports. 


    What you will do:


    • Responsible for the monthly and quarterly closing for the company’s subsidiaries in compliance with US GAAP.
    • Work closely with the local outsourced bookkeeping service providers, direct and review their work.
    • Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures related to subsidiaries' day-to-day operations, accounting, and close process.
    • Lead Intercompany reconciliations and controls.
    • Responsible for local statutory financials and tax returns of the subsidiaries (including transfer pricing review).
    • Lead and be the finance focal point for the establishment of new subsidiaries (taxation, ERP, training for new service providers, monthly reporting package, etc.)
    • Responsible for the subsidiaries' annual audit, ensuring all financial information is properly documented.
    • Partner with leaders across the company to implement and improve Finance-related operational processes to efficiently manage the company scale.
    • Lead the implementation of new processes and/or systems to achieve maximum efficiency and speed.
    • Play a key role in the financial planning process; this means closely monitoring and analyzing operating results against our plans and providing insights for potential improvements.
    • Participate in the company's M&A (inorganic) growth strategy efforts and support the post-merger financial operations, reporting, and data systems integrations.
    • Support internal and external audit engagements, including managing and coordinating with auditors and external service providers and preparing/reviewing audited financial statements. 


    • Certified Public Accountant, from one of the Big 4 firms, experience with High-Tech companies - must.
    • 5-10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a similar controller role from a High-tech industry (high growth start-up and SAAS companies an advantage), with demonstrated experience working as a controller in a US environment.
    • Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP, with a detailed understanding of accounting methods, reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
    • Experience and understanding of international tax – an advantage.
    • Experience with ERP and accounting system selection/implementation. Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
    • English proficiency (speaking and writing) - must.
    • Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed and make an impact.
    • A team player with good interpersonal relations and a positive attitude, independent and fast learner, enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
