    The Product Marketing Manager (Lifecycle) will be working to support our SaaS end client and product-driven marketing messaging and strategy by conducting competitive analysis and market research, creating collaterals to enable our Sales team, and translate our product roadmaps into successful launches.

    What The Job Involves

    • Partner closely with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success and Engineering, to develop and execute top of funnel thought leadership, awareness, and consideration programs
    • Manage campaigns and programs end-to-end: from strategy and ideation to developing tactics, writing briefs, development, and execution
    • Collect and codify customer needs and insights, perform market and competitor research, and analytics deep dives to influence product strategy and measurement
    • Project/change management and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
    • Developing clear and compelling positioning that will guide sales and marketing efforts
    • Product launch: plan the launch of new related products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
    • Customer Intelligence: Be the expert on buyers of the product, how they buy and their buying criteria
    • Market/Competitor Intelligence: Be the expert on competition. Follow and analyze market trends to position the product and identify new required capabilities


    • 3-5 years of relevant experience
    • You have deep empathy for users and adaptable communication to best reach and engage your audience
    • Demonstrated experience working with data to drive campaigns and inform strategy while executing cross-channel campaigns
    • A proven track record of driving lifecycle strategy with expertise in driving new member onboarding and retention activities at scale
    • Relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing, product management, operational roles, or strategy consulting
    • Marketing or go-to-market experience
    • Experience working on marketing or growth throughout a product’s lifecycle
    • Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and experience in a growth-oriented environment
    • Great interpersonal skills, & interfaces without direct authority
    • Ability to explain complex requirements in simple words (both written and verbal)
    • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership of projects
